Welcome
Here you can purchase the pieces created by me. All are made with great attention to detail and quality. If you would like to order one of our bespoke designs, please use the contact page and I will come back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Payment
The only payment I accept is through PayPal, you don't need
to have a PayPal account to use this method, you can simply use your card when
the secure payment page appears and you will be guided through each step. You can pay in US currency, EURO or Pound Sterling.
If you still have problems, send a message and I might be able to find different solution.
Shipping
I always ship your orders as soon as I get payment, sometimes
your item will have to wait a little because I don't usually ship on
Thursdays and Fridays but even so it will not take longer than 4 working
days.
Custom orders may take up to 5 weeks to be shipped so please be patient
because I am always taking best care about the quality of the product.
I send only by Royal Mail or Airsure with no insurance, but if you would
rather like some other way please let me know and I will be happy to
help you.
Please also be aware that I reuse the packaging, so you might receive
your item in previously used envelope or box, litter is really big
problem so if everyone of us take a little care and don't throw away
packaging this is going to make a big difference!
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot offer any refund on damaged, worn out, dirty or lost
items - but if your purchase is completely not what you expected,
please let me know within 7 days of receiving it and we can try to find
the best solution.
To get the refund, the item has to be in perfect condition, never worn nor damaged.
If you requested your item to be sent with more expensive shipping,
unfortunately I cannot refund that difference, only the standard
shipping charge is refundable.
If you asked for and extra discount or gift with your purchase, in the
case of refund only part of the payment can be refunded. The item you
keep will have to be paid in full and the difference can be refunded.
I am really sorry but I cannot refund payments for digital items. (patterns, tutorials)
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am happy to create any item for your requirements, in your
chosen color or size, but I cannot guarantee that it will be exactly
same copy of the one you see on the photo, each item is created
individually and so is very unique and hard to repeat and it will look
little different in different color and size.
Please remember that things offered as made to order may not be exactly
same as originals, but you can be sure that I will do all to make them
as perfect for you as I would and did for myself.
